New Patients

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

We're committed to making your first visit comfortable, informative, and focused on understanding your goals. Your first visit includes a detailed discussion of your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, activity level and treatment goals, followed by a comprehensive movement assessment, orthopedic and neurological testing when appropriate. Your provider will assess posture, joint mobility, range of motion, muscle strength, and movement patterns to gain a complete understanding of your condition. If appropriate, treatment may begin during your first visit, and you'll receive a clear explanation of your diagnosis, recommended care plan, and personalized guidance to support your recovery, performance, and long-term movement health

The number of visits you need depends on your condition, the severity and duration of your symptoms, your overall health, your activity level, and your personal goals. Some patients experience significant improvement in just a few visits, while others recovering from more complex injuries or working toward long-term performance goals may benefit from a more comprehensive treatment plan. At Movement Institution, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. After your evaluation, your provider will discuss your findings, explain your recommended course of treatment, and work with you to develop a care plan that aligns with your needs, lifestyle and recovery goals. Our priority is to provide the right care for the right amount of time to help you achieve lasting results.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during your evaluation and treatment. Athletic wear, workout clothing, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, or loose-fitting clothing are ideal, as they make it easier for your provider to assess posture, movement, flexibility, and joint function. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to perform simple movement tests or rehabilitation exercises during your visit. If you're coming directly from work, don't worry - we'll do our best to accommodate you and ensure you're comfortable throughout your appointment. If you have questions about what to wear for your specific visit, our team is happy to help before your appointment.

To help make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend bringing a valid photo ID, any relevant medical records, recent X-rays, MRI or other imaging reports (if available), a list of current medications, and any Workers' Compensation claim information if applicable. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement during your evaluation and treatment, and be prepared for payment at the time of service. You will need to complete the new patient forms online before your appointment. If you're unsure whether you should bring a specific document or have questions before your visit, our team is happy to help.

The length of your appointment depends on the type of visit and your individual treatment needs. New patient examinations are approximately 60 minutes to allow time for a comprehensive health history, movement assessment, and personalized treatment recommendations. Follow-up chiropractic adjustments are typically 15 minutes, physiotherapy appointments are 30 minutes, combined chiropractic and physiotherapy visits are approximately 45 minutes, re-examinations are 45 minutes, and assisted stretch sessions are 15 minutes. Our goal is to provide the appropriate amount of time for each appointment so you receive personalized, high-quality care without feeling rushed. If you're unsure which appointment type is right for you, our team is happy to help you schedule the visit that best meets your needs.

No. In most cases, you do not need a referral to schedule an appointment at Movement Institution. Patients can book directly for chiropractic care, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, performance training, and movement assessments without first seeing another healthcare provider. If you're seeking treatment through a Workers' Compensation claim or another third-party payer, additional authorization or documentation may be required. If you're unsure whether you need a referral for your specific situation, our team is happy to answer your questions and help you schedule the appropriate appointment.

Not always. X-rays and other imaging services are recommended only when they are clinically appropriate and necessary to better understand your condition or help guide your treatment plan. During your first visit, your provider will complete a comprehensive health history, physical examination, and movement assessment to determine whether diagnostic imaging is indicated. If X-rays or other imaging studies are needed, we'll explain why they're recommended and discuss the next steps with you. At Movement Institution, we believe in evidence-informed care and only recommend imaging when it will provide valuable information for your diagnosis, treatment, and long-term recovery.

Depending on your individual needs, your first visit may include chiropractic care, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation techniques, or other evidence-informed treatments designed to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function. If treatment is not recommended on your first visit, we'll explain the reason, discuss any additional testing that may be needed, and develop a personalized care plan so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

Chiropractic Care

Explore answers to common chiropractic questions from our patients

A chiropractor is a licensed healthcare professional who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, movement assessments, rehabilitation exercise, and other evidence-informed techniques, chiropractors help reduce pain, restore mobility, improve joint function, and enhance overall movement. At Movement Institution, our approach goes beyond temporary pain relief by identifying the underlying cause of dysfunction and creating personalized treatment plans that help patients recover from injury, prevent future problems, and return to the activities they love.

Chiropractic care can help evaluate and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Many patients seek chiropractic care for back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, headaches, sciatica, joint stiffness, muscle tension, sports injuries, repetitive stress injuries, and mobility limitations. At Movement Institution, every patient receives a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying cause of their symptoms before developing a personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, improve function, and help patients safely return to work, sports, and the activities they enjoy.

Yes. Chiropractic adjustments are considered a safe and effective treatment option for many musculoskeletal conditions when performed by a licensed chiropractor. Before recommending treatment, your provider will complete a comprehensive health history, physical examination, and movement assessment to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition. At Movement Institution, every adjustment is tailored to your individual needs, comfort level, and health goals, using evidence-informed techniques designed to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and support long-term movement and recovery.

Most chiropractic adjustments are not painful. Many patients describe the treatment as gentle and feel immediate relief, improved mobility, or reduced muscle tension afterward. Depending on your condition, you may experience mild soreness similar to what you might feel after starting a new exercise program, but this typically resolves within 24-48 hours. Your chiropractor will explain each technique before treatment and adjust your care based on your comfort level, health history, and individual needs to ensure a positive treatment experience.

Your first chiropractic appointment is designed to help us understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and movement goals. During your visit, your chiropractor will discuss your concerns, perform a comprehensive orthopedic and functional movement evaluation, assess posture, range of motion, muscle strength, and joint function, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your needs. If clinically appropriate, treatment may begin during your first visit and may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, physiotherapy techniques, or corrective exercises. Before you leave, you'll receive personalized recommendations to support your recovery and help you achieve long-term pain relief, improved mobility, and better overall function.

Pain and Injury Relief

Explore answers to common questions about pain relief, injury recovery, and improving your quality of life.

Joint and muscle pain can have many causes, ranging from acute injuries to chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Common causes include muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendonitis, joint inflammation, arthritis, overuse injuries, poor posture, repetitive movements, sports injuries, muscle imbalances, and limited mobility. In some cases, pain may also result from movement dysfunctions or biomechanics changes that place excessive stress on the body's muscles and joints. At Movement Institution, we perform a comprehensive evaluation to identify the underlying cause of your pain and develop a  personalized treatment plan designed to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and help you return to your normal activities safely.

You should consider seeking treatment if your pain lasts longer than a few days, continues to worsen, limits your ability to work, exercise, or perform daily activities, or returns repeatedly after activity. Other signs that it's time for an evaluation include swelling, reduced range of motion, weakness, numbness or tingling, difficulty bearing weight, or pain that doesn't improve with rest or home care. Early evaluation and treatment can help identify the underlying cause of your symptoms, support the healing process, improve function, and reduce the risk of a minor injury developing into a more complex or long-term condition. At Movement Institution, we provide comprehensive assessments to determine the most appropriate treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals.

Movement Institution treats a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and pain conditions affecting the spine, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Common conditions include neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, ankle injuries, sports injuries, muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendonitis, sciatica, joint stiffness, repetitive stress injuries, plantar fasciitis, headaches related to muscle and joint dysfunction, and mobility limitations. Every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation to identify the underlying cause of their symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan focused on restoring function, improving movement, and helping them return to work, sports, and everyday activities. Whether you're dealing with a recent injury or chronic pain, Movement Institution helps patients throughout Costa Mesa, Orange County, and surrounding cities recover safely and return to the activities they enjoy.

Determining the cause of your pain begins with a comprehensive evaluation that looks beyond your symptoms to identify the underlying source of the problem. At Movement Institution, your assessment may include a detailed health history, orthopedic and neurological testing, posture analysis, functional movement assessment, range of motion testing, muscle strength evaluation, joint mobility assessment, and sport or activity-specific movement analysis when appropriate. By understanding how your body moves and functions as a whole, we can develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses the root cause of your pain, supports long-term recovery, and helps you return to your daily activities with greater confidence.

Yes, some untreated injuries can worsen over time, especially if the underlying cause is not addressed. Continuing to exercise or perform daily activities with an untreated injury may lead to ongoing pain, reduced mobility, muscle weakness, joint instability, compensation in other areas of the body, or an increased risk of additional injury. While some minor injuries may improve with rest and self-care, persistent or recurring symptoms should be evaluated by a healthcare professional. At Movement Institution, we perform comprehensive assessments to identify the source of your pain and develop personalized treatment plans that support healing, restore function, and help prevent minor injuries from becoming long-term conditions.

Whether you should use ice or heat depends on the type of injury, when it occurred, and your symptoms. Ice therapy is commonly recommended during the first 24-72 hours after an acute injury to help manage pain and swelling. Heat therapy is often more appropriate for muscle tightness, stiffness, chronic pain, or to help improve circulation and flexibility before activity. Because every injury is different, using the wrong treatment may delay recovery or fail to address the underlying problem. At Movement Institution, we evaluate your condition and provide personalized recommendations - including ice, heat, rehabilitation exercises, and other treatment options - to support healing and help you return to your normal activities safely.

For most acute injuries, ice is typically applied for 15-20 minutes at a time, allowing the skin to return to its normal temperature between applications. During the first 24-72 hours after an injury, icing several times throughout the day may help manage pain and swelling. To protect your skin, always place a thin towel or cloth between the ice pack and your skin, and avoid prolonged or continuous icing. Because every injury is different, the ideal frequency and duration depend on the type, location, and severity of the injury. At Movement Institution, we provide personalized recommendations to help support healing and determine when additional treatment or rehabilitation may be beneficial.

Supporting your recovery at home starts with following a treatment plan that matches your specific injury and stage of healing. Depending on your condition, this may include activity modification, ice or heat therapy, compression, elevation, prescribed rehabilitation exercises, gentle stretching, proper hydration, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep to support tissue healing. Avoid returning to strenuous activity too quickly, as doing so may increase the risk of re-injury or delay recovery. At Movement Institution, we provide personalized home care recommendations and rehabilitation programs to help reduce pain, restore movement, promote healing, and support a safe return to work, sports and everyday activities.

In many cases, yes - but the type and intensity of exercise should be appropriate for your injury and stage of recovery. Remaining active with safe, modified movement can help maintain strength, flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility while supporting the healing process. However, exercising through significant pain or returning to high-impact activities too soon may delay recovery or increase the risk of further injury. At Movement Institution, we help patients determine which activities are safe, which should be temporarily avoided, and how to progress back to exercise through individualized treatment and recovery plans.

Yes, elevation may help reduce swelling after many acute injuries, particularly those affecting the ankle, foot, knee, hand, or wrist. Keeping the injured area elevated above the level of your heart can help promote fluid drainage, minimize swelling, and improve comfort during the early stages of healing. Elevation is often combined with other conservative treatments such as activity modification, compression, and ice therapy depending on the type and severity of the injury. Because every injury is unique, the most effective treatment plan will depend on your symptoms and stage of recovery. At Movement Institution, we provide personalized recommendations to help reduce swelling, promote healing, and support a safe return to your daily activities and exercise.

Yes, kinesiology tape and sports taping can be valuable tools for supporting certain injuries when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Depending on your condition, taping may help provide joint support, improve movement awareness, reduce stress on injured muscles and tendons, assist with swelling management, and increase confidence during physical activity. Kinesiology tape (K-tape) and athletic taping are commonly used for ankle sprains, knee pain, shoulder injuries, tendonitis, muscle strains, and sports-related injuries. At Movement Institution, we determine whether taping is appropropriate based on your injury, activity level, and recovery goals, and combine it with rehabilitation exercises, movement training, and hands-on treatment to support healing and improve long-term function.

The time it takes for an injury to heal depends on the type of injury, its severity, your overall health, activity level, and how closely you follow your treatment and rehabilitation plan. Minor muscle strains or sprains may improve within a few weeks, while more complex injuries involving ligaments, tendons, joints, or surgery can require several months of recovery. Factors such as early treatment, proper rehabilitation, adequate rest, nutrition, and gradually returning to activity can all influence the healing process. At Movement Institution, we monitor your progress throughout recovery and adjust your treatment plan to help you heal safely, restore function, and return to your normal activities as efficiently as possible.

Signs that an injury is healing properly may include a gradual reduction in pain and swelling, improved range of motion, increased strength, better balance and stability, and an improved ability to perform everyday activities without discomfort. As healing progresses, you should notice steady improvements in movement and function rather than worsening symptoms. While mild soreness can be a normal part of recovery, persistent pain, increasing swelling, instability, numbness, or difficulty using the injured area may indicate that further evaluation is needed. At Movement Institution, we monitor your recovery, assess your progress, and adjust your treatment plan to help ensure your injury is healing safely and effectively.

Recurring injuries often occur because the underlying cause has not been fully addressed. Factors such as muscle imbalances, joint instability, poor movement mechanics, limited mobility, weakness, improper training techniques, overuse, or returning to activity too soon can increase the risk of re-injury. Simply treating the symptoms without correcting these contributing factors may allow the problem to persist. At Movement Institution, we perform comprehensive movement assessments to identify the root cause of recurring injuries and develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation programs designed to restore function, improve movement quality, reduct the risk of future injuries, and support long-term performance and recovery.

Reducing your risk of future injuries starts with improving the way your body moves. Maintaining strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and proper movement mechanics can help reduce unnecessary stress on your muscles and joints during everyday activities and sports. A well-designed exercise program, proper warm-up and recovery routines, gradual training progression, and addressing muscle imbalances or movement limitations are all important parts of injury prevention. At Movement Institution, we identify potential risk factors through comprehensive movement assessments and develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans to help improve performance, reduce the likelihood of re-injury, and keep you moving safely for the long term.

At Movement Institution, we believe successful recovery begins with understanding why your pain started - not just where it hurts. Our team takes a whole-body, movement-focused approach by evaluating how your joints, muscles, posture, biomechanics, and daily activities work together to influence your symptoms. By combining chiropractic care, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and evidence-informed treatment strategies, we create individualized care plans that address the source of dysfunction while helping you build resilience for the future. Whether you're recovering from a recent injury or managing persistent pain, our commitment is to help you move with confidence and achieve lasting results that support your lifestyle and long-term health.

Performance and Mobility

Find answers about improving mobility, flexibility, athletic performance, and long-term movement health

Mobility is your body's ability to move a joint through its full range of motion with strength, stability, and control. Healthy mobility is essential for performing everyday activities, exercising safely, and achieving optimal athletic performance. Limited mobility can contribute to poor movement mechanics, muscle compensation, joint stiffness, decreased flexibility, reduced balance, and an increased risk of injury. At Movement Institution, we assess mobility as part of your overall movement health to identify restrictions that may affect performance or daily function, helping you move more efficiently, improve physical performance, and stay active throughout every stage of life.

Although mobility and flexibility are closely related, they are not the same. Flexibility refers to the ability of a muscle to lengthen or stretch, while mobility is your ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion with strength, stability, and control. You can have good flexibility but still have limited mobility if your muscles are weak, your joints are stiff, or your movement patterns are restricted. Improving both mobility and flexibility is important for maintaining healthy movement, enhancing athletic performance, reducing the risk of injury, and supporting long-term joint health. At Movement Institution, we evaluate both mobility and flexibility to identify movement limitations and develop personalized strategies to help you move more efficiently and confidently.

Yes. Poor mobility can increase the risk of injury by limiting your body's ability to move efficiently and absorb force during everyday activities, exercise, and sports. Restricted joint mobility, muscle tightness, and movement limitations may place excessive stress on other muscles and joints, leading to compensation patterns, decreased performance, and a greater likelihood of strains, sprains, and overuse injuries. At Movement Institution, we assess mobility, muscle mechanics, and functional movement patterns to identify areas of restriction and develop personalized strategies that improve movement quality, support joint health, and help reduce your risk of future injuries.

Improving mobility can enhance athletic performance by allowing your body to move more efficiently, generate power more effectively, and maintain proper movement mechanics during training and competition. Healthy joint mobility supports better flexibility, balance, coordination, stability, and range of motion, helping athletes perform movements such as running, lifting, jumping, throwing, and changing direction with greater control. Improving mobility may also help reduce unnecessary stress on the muscles and joints, support recovery between workouts, and decrease the risk of movement compensations that can affect performance. At Movement Institution, we use movement assessments and individualized mobility programs to help athletes and active individuals optimize movement quality and perform at their highest potential.

Limited mobility can develop gradually and may affect your ability to move comfortably during everyday activities, exercise, or sports. Common signs include joint stiffness, muscle tightness, difficulty bending or reaching, reduced range of motion, poor balance, difficulty squatting or lunging, pain with movement, decreased flexibility, and feeling restricted during activities such as walking, lifting, running, or overhead movements. You may also notice that one side of your body moves differently than the other or that you compensate by changing your movement patterns. At Movement Institution, we use comprehensive movement assessments to identify mobility limitations and develop personalized strategies to improve flexibility, joint function, and overall movement quality.

For most people, incorporating mobility exercises into your daily routine or at least several times per week can help maintain joints, improve flexibility, and support overall movement quality. The ideal frequency depends on your age, activity level, sport, current mobility, and individual goals. Athletes and active individuals may benefit from mobility training before workouts to prepare for movement and after exercise to support recovery, while those with mobility limitations may require a more structured program. At Movement Institution, we develop personalized mobility plans based on your movement assessment to help improve joint mobility, enhance physical performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term movement health.

Yes. Mobility training can help improve strength and flexibility by increasing your ability to move through a full range of motion with stability, control, and proper movement mechanics. When your joints move more efficiently and your muscles function together effectively, you can perform exercises with better technique, generate force more effectively, and reduce unnecessary stress on the body. Mobility training also supports healthy movement patterns, improves balance and coordination, and may help reduce the risk of injury during everyday activities and athletic performance. At Movement Institution, we design personalized mobility programs to help patients build strength, improve flexibility, and optimize long-term movement health.

Yes. Poor posture can affect mobility and physical performance by altering the way your muscles and joints move during everyday activities, exercise, and sports. Over time, poor posture may contribute to reduced range of motion, muscle imbalances, decreased flexibility, joint stiffness, inefficient movement patterns, and unnecessary stress on the body. Improving posture and movement mechanics can help enhance balance, coordination, strength, and overall athletic performance while supporting long-term joint health. At Movement Institution, we evaluate posture as part of a comprehensive movement assessment to identify areas of restriction and develop personalized strategies that improve movement efficiency and optimize performance.

Improving mobility can help many people move more comfortably by increasing joint range of motion, improving movement mechanics, reducing muscle tightness, and decreasing unnecessary stress on the body's muscles and joints. Limited mobility may contribute to stiffness, movement restrictions, and inefficient movement patterns that can make everyday activities or exercise more difficult. By improving mobility, flexibility, stability, and overall movement quality, many individuals experience greater comfort and confidence during work, recreation, and sports. At Movement Institution, we develop personalized mobility programs based on your individual movement patterns and goals to help you move more efficiently, support long-term joint health, and maintain an active lifestyle

Movement Institution is dedicated to helping people move at their highest potential - not just recover from injury. Our performance and mobility programs are built around improving movement quality, biomechanics, joint function, and physical performance through individualized movement analysis and evidence-informed care. Whether you're an athlete looking to gain a toe edge, an active adult wanting to move more efficiently, or someone focused on maintaining long-term mobility and independence, our team develops targeted strategies to help you maximize performance, improve resilience, and build a stronger foundation for lifelong movement.

After Your Visit

Everything you need to know after your visit, from recovery tips to your next appointment

After your treatment, it's common to notice changes as your body responds to care. Many patients experience improved mobility, decreased muscle tension, and greater ease of movement, while others may have mild soreness or fatigue for 24 to 48 hours as their body adapts to treatment. Your provider may recommend home exercises, activity modifications, hydration, or other recovery strategies to help maximize your results between visits. Because every patient and condition is different, your recovery experience will depend on your diagnosis, treatment plan, and individual goals. At Movement Institution, we monitor your progress throughout your care to help ensure you continue moving toward lasting improvements in your health, movement, and performance.

Yes. Mild soreness after chiropractic care, physiotherapy, or sports rehabilitation is a normal response for some patients, especially after beginning treatment or following the introduction of new techniques or exercises. This temporary soreness is often similar to what you may experience after a workout and typically improves within 24 to 48 hours. Staying hydrated, performing any recommended home exercises, and following your provider's post-treatment instructions can help support your recovery. If your soreness becomes severe, continues to worsen, or lasts longer than expected, we encourage you to contact Movement Institution so we can evaluate your symptoms and provide additional guidance.

Getting the best results from your treatment starts with actively participating in your recovery. Following your personalized treatment plan, attending scheduled appointments, completing your prescribed home exercises, staying active within your provider's recommendations, maintaining proper hydration, eating a balanced diet, and getting adequate sleep all play an important role in supporting healing and improving long-term outcomes. Consistency is key to restoring healthy movement patterns, improving physical function, and achieving lasting results. At Movement Institution, we're committed to working alongside you every step of the way, providing the guidance, education, and support you need to reach your health, recovery, and performance goals.

The recommended frequency of follow-up appointments depends on your condition, diagnosis, treatment goals, activity level, and how your body responds to care. Some patients benefit from more frequent visits during the early stages of recovery, while others may only require occasional appointments to maintain mobility, prevent future injuries, or support long-term performance. At Movement Institution, we continually evaluate your progress and adjust your care plan based on your recovery, functional improvements, and individual goals. Our focus is on providing the right care at t the right time to help you achieve lasting results and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

If your symptoms return, don't ignore them or assume they're simply something you have to live with. Recurring pain, stiffness, or movement limitations may indicate that the underlying cause has not been fully resolved or that your body has been placed under new physical stress. Contact Movement Institution so we can reassess your condition, evaluate any changes in your symptoms, and determine whether your treatment plan should be modified. Addressing recurring symptoms early may help prevent further irritation, improve recovery, and keep you moving safely and confidently.

Most patients recover without any concerns after treatment, but you should contact Movement Institution if you experience severe or worsening pain, significant swelling, unexpected symptoms, or have questions about your recovery or treatment plan. You should also reach out if your symptoms do not improve as expected, return after initial improvement, or if you're unsure whether it's safe to resume work, exercise, or other activities. Our team is committed to supporting your recovery and is always available to provide guidance, answer your questions, and determine whether a follow-up evaluation is recommended.

Yes. Chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and sports rehabilitation are often most effective when used together as part of a coordinated treatment plan. Each service plays a different role in supporting your health and recovery - chiropractic care helps optimize joint function, physiotherapy focuses on restoring strength and movement, and sports rehabilitation emphasizes functional performance and injury prevention. By integrating these services when appropriate, Movement Institution provides a comprehensive approach that supports recovery, improves movement quality, enhances physical performance, and helps patients achieve long-term results. Your provider will recommend the combination of treatments that best aligns with your condition, goals, and lifestyle.

Consistency is one of the most important factors in achieving successful treatment outcomes. Regular appointments, following your personalized care plan, and completing recommended home exercises allow your body to build on each stage of recovery rather than starting over after long gaps between visits. Consistent care also enables your provider to monitor your progress, make timely adjustments to your treatment, and address movement limitations before they develop into recurring pain or injury. At Movement Institution, our goal is to help you achieve lasting improvements in movement, function, and overall health through a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs and long-term goals.

Scheduling your next appointment with Movement Institution is quick and convenient. You can book your visit online through our secure scheduling system or contact our office directly, and our team will help you find an appointment time that fits your schedule. Whether you're beginning treatment, continuing your recovery, or scheduling a follow-up visit, we're committed to providing timely, personalized care to help you achieve your health, mobility, and performance goals. If you're unsure which service is right for you, we'll help determine the best course of care based on your condition and individual needs.
